Tiffany Jordan

Community Team — Charlotte

Tiffany has deep experience in education, public policy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion work.

Background

Tiffany previously worked for Teach for America, an organization dedicated to improving the education of children from low-income communities. There, she taught high school history in Charlotte, NC. While pursuing her Master's degree at Cornell University, she focused on the school-to-prison pipeline and efforts to decrease the mass incarceration of African Americans in the United States. During her time at Cornell, she took a sabbatical to work at D.C. Public Schools and the White House under President Barack Obama. In 2016, she became a Teach for America Capitol Hill Fellow, where she worked for Congresswoman Niki Tsongas on education policy, healthcare, criminal justice reform, and civil rights issues.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys discovering new podcasts, being a plant mom, and listening to neo-soul music. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
