Paul McKinnon

Paul McKinnon is recognized as one of the top HR executives in the country. He has a deep background in both academic and business worlds.

Background

Dr. McKinnon was a Senior Lecturer in the Organizational Behavior Unit at Harvard Business School, where he taught in Leadership and Organizational Behavior (LEAD) and Managing Human Capital.

Prior to joining the HBS faculty, Dr. McKinnon had more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resources management and consulting. He was Head of Human Resources and Talent Management at Citigroup and Senior Vice President of the Human Resources Group for Dell.

Prior to Dell, he developed a leadership development practice at three separate management consulting firms: McKinnon Consulting, Novations, and Harbridge House.

Outside of Work

Paul serves as a Senior Advisor to Ichor with a particular focus on strengthening the Ichor team.
