Ichor Strategies seeks a Partner of Technology with confident management, software development, and people skills. The partner is expected to possess superb technical and project management abilities and must work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Managing Partner of Products, this position will supervise a team of six to ten, and will work full-time in our Brooklyn headquarters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to set clear priorities and goals for SaaS build management and production, while balancing long-term and immediate needs.

• Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency, and scalability in the architecting and engineering of SaaS product solutions.

• Manage all technical delivery.

• Establish software development process and set objectives for the process.

• Oversee data security, management, and governance.

• Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.

• Manage resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and security failure plans.

• Stay on top of current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience as a CTO, Director, or similar leadership, overseeing data architecture and engineering for enterprise-wide technology platforms and leading SaaS technology platforms.

• Eight (8) years working in a technological role.

• Five (5) years of management experience

• General knowledge of cyber security, machine learning, data engineering, and technical project management.

• Experience with Javascript, React, Typescript, NodeJS, Python, GCP, Postgres SQL, and UX/UI best practices.
