Mackenzie has deep experience in education and a passion for community empowerment.

Background

As Director of Community and School Partnerships for the sixth largest Big Brothers Big Sisters agency in the nation, Mackenzie successfully recruited and built strong partnerships with a diverse group of nonprofits, faith-based organizations, corporate partners, and school personal, uniting over 160 community partners behind a common goal—creating and implementing data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes. She is passionate about educational equity and focusing on intentional community engagement. Previously, Mackenzie lead enterprise level fundraising software implementations.

Outside of Work

Mackenzie enjoys cooking, and hiking with her dog, Max.
