Letty is a mission-driven leader with an extensive background in change management and strategic growth.

Background

Letty got her start as a public-school teacher through Teach For America, a role that shaped her commitment to partnering with communities in support of driving equitable outcomes and meaningful change. This experience armed her with the proximity and insight to then help tackle one of urban education’s most pressing challenges: talent acquisition. Prior to her pivot into management consulting, Letty spent 5 years as a Talent Leader at KIPP, working at the frontlines of the education reform movement by addressing national teacher shortages. After completing an MBA at Columbia, she joined Deloitte’s consulting practice, where she focused on implementing strategies for technology-enabled transformations, change management, future of work solutions, and driving business development for strategic growth offerings in sustainability, climate, and equity.

Her varied experiences addressing pressing challenges both within the complex landscape of public education and for Fortune 500 clients have laid the foundation for Letty’s transition to Ichor Strategies, where she’ll build on the firm’s community-focused impact to drive sales performance and growth. Letty is a native Spanish speaker.
