Jim Sullivan

Jim is a software engineer with more than two decades of experience in impact-driven data transformation.

Background

As the Director of Engineering for the Civian team, Jim is responsible for maintaining the technical rigor for our software offerings, as well as expanding data collection and processing to deliver more powerful insights at greater scale.

Prior to Jim's work at Ichor. he spent over a decade at the marketing technology firm Conductor, where he led a team of 20 engineers building some of the applications most in-demand offerings. He also led the engineering department through a buyback from WeWork and onward to a $150M investment round for the company.

Outside of Work

Jim can usually be found playing games, biking, hiking (especially in US National Parks), and visiting new and exciting countries.
