With a background in the public and nonprofit sector, Connie is passionate about creating opportunities that help empower communities and build long-lasting socio-economic change. Prior to joining Ichor, she supported women equality policy initiatives at Planned Parenthood and healthcare operations at Providence Health Plans.

Connie loves cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and neighborhoods.
