Ann Balthazar

Ann specializes in strategic community engagement, relationship management, and developing presence and visibility in vulnerable communities.

Ann services the Houston market through community engagement efforts. Ann’s focus is developing presence in underserved communities, strategically building partnerships, developing new and existing relationships in diverse communities, and youth/young adult career development.

Prior to Ann’s position at Ichor, she served in the non-profit sector and is an expert in disaster preparedness. Ann has been able to develop unique relationships and has facilitated local non-profit networks in Houston. In her current role, she has orchestrated events catered to young adults and college students advancing their careers. Ann is a native Houstonian and currently volunteers in her free time for local non-profits.  Ann is an advocate for educating underserved communities with resources that would improve the quality of life.

Outside of Work

Ann is an animal lover, avid traveler, and enjoys trying new foods.
